[Image 2 of 16] The origin of this project started as a way of exploring these two places (a distant sea and the present desert) in relation to my personal attachment to them and wanting to make a peace that merged elements from both. I planed using repeating sculptural “lines” that would run across some dunes on top of them, outlining them, making them in a way look even more like waves, one behind the other. The viewers won’t be able to distinguish what the lines actually are until they get closer to them.
